PROCESSING TIMES


The average processing time is between 1 and 5 business days. However, please allow up to 7-10 days for your order to be processed around the holiday season.



SHIPPING ESTIMATIONS


After you recieve your shipping confirmation email, depending on your location within the country, shipping can take anywhere from 3 to 7 days. External factors (i.e. natural disasters, strikes, etc.) can cause shipping times to increase variably.



DAMAGES AND LOST PACKAGES


Please notes that I am not responsible for packages that have been lost or help up at your local post office. I am not able to provide complete refunds for things that are damaged or lost in transit, as I have no control over how a package is hadled after it has left my hands.

If your tracking says "Delivered" but your order has not arrived, please contact your local post office directly. If your item is damaged due to shipping issues please contact me with pictures of the item so I can help you.



CANCELLATION POLICY


You can request a cancellation at any time until your order is shipped. Orders cannot be canceled after you recieve a shipping notification. After canceling your order, funds may take up to 7 days to reappear in your account.



REFUND POLICY


Items can be exchanged, returned, or refunded within 14 days of the initial reception. The return cost is the customer's responsibility. The refund will be issued once the items arrived safely and in full amount, but note that the delivery fees are not reimbursable; only the item prices will be refunded.


If I have made any mistakes (i.e. sending the wrong item or an item missing from your order), please read the information below.



ORDER ISSUES


If there is an issue with your order, such as damage, absence, or wrong / missing items, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the package. This usually is resolved via a replacement item.
